Despite terrible weather the weeks leading up to having our roof reshingled and them understandably having to catch up on work, they were very communicative the entire time. The workers informed me of any findings, and checked with me on any small changes required from the original plan. Pricing was extremely competitive. The on site workers worked very hard and cleaned up the job site afterwards.

Well, we were worried as we left Cold Lake early morning and all was well until our return later in the afternoon. Yep! Shingles blown off the roof. We called James the Roofer as directed by my son as he highly recommended them. Within a week, an inspection and after appointment today, all is good. Great support from you all at James the Roofer. If I give more than a 5 Star Rating I would. Here's a 6 out of 5...Right from the get-go it's been the kind of experience that sets the bar for the way things should be done. Right from when James came to look at the house, garage and shed to the final bill-unbeatable! , it's been awesome. The kind of Down to Earth local people that really appreciate their customers. Very professional from start to finish! These guys know what to do and work tirelessly until the job is done. We had our roof shingles replaced this weekend by James the Roofer and we were very impressed with the level of professionalism. We have already recommended this company to our friends and work colleagues and will continue to do so. They were very reliable and did a great job cleaning up after they were done their extremely long day and they had to come back to finalize a piece and they cleaned up around the perimeter of our house. The precision of the shingle install was really great, everything is perfectly aligned. This business runs like a well-oiled machine and the guys are hard workers and very professional.
